Inner Peace Inspirations, LLC is providing telehealth (online/virtual) mental health services. Services are also being provided through walk and talk therapy as a self-pay service. Please be aware that it is the client's responsibility to verify their insurance coverage for all types of services.
*****Inner Peace Inspirations, LLC DOES NOT offer in-person, office visits due to no longer having a physical office.
In the event in-person services are provided, the following precautions will be implemented:
Walk and Talk Therapy (Self-Pay Service):
- Scheduling appointments at intervals
- When available, providing hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol
- Wearing of masks per state/county mandates
- Physical contact is not permitted
Clients: Clients will be required to sign a consent form prior to receiving in-person services. Clients will be required to sign a separate consent form prior to receiving walk and talk therapy services.
Cancellation Policy: Per Inner Peace Inspirations, LLC financial policy, a $75 fee will be assessed for any appointments canceled without 24 hours notice or if a client comes to an appointment 15 minutes or more late. If a client is sick or a person in client's household is sick, this fee will be waived due to public health concerns during the COVID-19 pandemic.
New clients may schedule a telehealth appointment. If you plan to use insurance for in-network or out-of-network benefits, please have your insurance information available when making your initial appointment. Clients must present their insurance cards and photo identification at the initial appointment or the appointment will be canceled. Insurance cards and IDs may be requested at future appointments.
