Planned Office Closures and Inclement Weather Policy

Weekly Office Closures:

IPI offices are closed on Thursdays, weekends and Fridays after 1:00pm.

Holiday Closures:

IPI offices are closed on the following holidays:

New Year's Day

Memorial Day

Independence Day

Labor Day

Thanksgiving Day

Day after Thanksgiving

Christmas Eve

Christmas Day

Your provider will inform you of any other holidays observed or office closures at the discretion of the provider.

Inclement Weather Closure (In-person Walk and Talk Appointments):

IPI offices follow the federal government closing guidelines for inclement weather, including delays for walk and talk services. Telehealth services are still provided during inclement weather. Your provider will inform you if any inclement weather closure occurs that does not follow federal government closures.
