Mental Health Therapy Services
Inner Peace Inspirations, LLC provides mental health therapy services through telehealth (online/virtual) and walk and talk therapy. Therapy services can only be provided to clients located in the state of Maryland at the time of appointments due to licensure laws. Walk and talk therapy services are provided in downtown Silver Spring. IPI provides treatment for the following mental health conditions and client populations:

- Financial Stress
- Grief and Loss
- Life Transitions (graduating school, starting/ending a relationship, birth of a child, career/job change, retirement, illness, moving, death of a loved one, etc.)
- Relationship Stress
- Stress Management
- LGBTQIA Ally
- BIPOC Ally

New clients may schedule a telehealth appointment. If you plan to use insurance for in-network or out-of-network benefits, please have your insurance information available when making your initial appointment. Clients must present their insurance cards and photo identification at the initial appointment or the appointment will be canceled. Insurance cards and IDs may be requested at future appointments.
